Winona 2009/2010 Schedule - Sunday nights at Simplicity Yoga
These class at the Simplicity Yoga and Wellness Center across from St. Stan's School on 5th Street on Sunday evenings.
There are 4 classes in each segment for $40 per person or $10 each lesson.

Community Ed Classes
Lessons in Winona are held at W-K elementary school gym on Thursday evenings from January 2x to March 1x, 2010.
The building is on Mankato Avenue between 7th and Eighth Streets. See the map at the bottom of the page.
Times
The beginners class is from 6:00 to 7:15pm. The continuing class is from 7:30 to 8:45 pm.
Cost
The cost is $49 per person for 8 lessons. Winona Community Education handles all enrollment.

Singles
You do not need a partner. I will attempt to find a matching partner if possible.
Class Attire
The class are informal. I recommend soft leather soled shoes for men and women. Oxford or loaders work will for men.
Pumps or heel are typical dance shoes for women. Tennis shoes have too much grip for turns and spins and will be
hard on your knees. The custodial staff does not want shoes that scuff or leave marks.
